Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations for transfers booked in a Sedan or Van must be received two (2) hours prior to contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.

All cancellations for Sedans, Stretch Limousines and Vans booked for three (3) hours or greater require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to contract start time; if customer cancels within two (2) hours of contract start time a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.

Cancellations for all other vehicles (Limousine, Multivan, Minibus or Motorcoach Bus) require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable (48) hours prior to contract start date.

If customer cancels within 2 hours of contract start time, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.
Rules of Conduct:

1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.

2. Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $300 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.

3. No alcohol permitted on the bus on Public Wine/Brewery/Spirits Tours, or Day Trips.

4. No alcohol permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 18 years of age) is present.

5. Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.

Privacy Policy:
First Class Fleet is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme & the European Union’s (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals, their Personal Data, and Personally Identifiable Information.

Your Personal Information – Collection

Many areas of the site which can be viewed without providing Personal Information or Personal Data; however, when making bookings and/or filling in the contact us form you are required to submit Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or Personal Data. This may include but is not limited to providing sensitive information in order for First Class Fleet to carry out the requested service. By providing us this information this passes as implied consent to the collection of this Personal Information or Personal Data.

Your Personal Information – Sharing

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to promotional activities, processing bookings or customer service queries. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the Personal Information or Personal Data they need to deliver the service on our behalf. First Class Fleet takes all reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your Personal Information, or Personal Data.

While First Class Fleet goes to extreme lengths to ensure that Personal Information or Personal Data is only kept for its intended purpose and kept in a secure manner, we operate under the rules regarding data breach notification under the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme. In regard to data that may be held for EU members, we also adhere to the guidelines set in GDPR for data breach notifications.
